Vikings Futsal NZ will be a Kiwisport provider for Futsal in Dunedin which will see the sport of Futsal taken to over 2000 school children.

Otago Schools Futsal Development Officer, Simon Mead, has developed an outstanding program that will get children aged 5-12yrs active within the game. The program is endorsed by Sport Otago and will be a pilot for the rest of New Zealand.

The KiwiFutsal Program will see the school children given the chance to activily participate in Futsal via school clinics, school based coaching and School tournament and leagues. The program also includes providing teacher training in Futsal coaching and providing resources to the schools for ongoing pupil education within the game.
